I love drawing. But I have always thought that I don’t do it as much as I would like to.
365 patterns was my one-year project for 2015. It started on January 1st, 2015. It was a new year resolution. And an experiment that came from my constant research for inspiration.
Inspiration doesn’t come alone. It needs to be cultivated. So, I have kept drawing as much as I could throughout the year. For some this might be normality, but for me this is an ambitious project. I will upload a new pattern everyday for one year. Something that hopefully will be worth being seen. No rubbish, no copies, no reposts.
It was a nice experiment for my job because I got in touch with many artists from all over the world and also had the chance to see some of my designs published, printed and also sold.
From December 2015, 365 Patterns also turned into notebooks and small pouches I soon sold in Rome.
Now, a small amount of notebooks featuring my hydrangeas design is still available for purchase on Etsy.
Feel free to get in touch if you have any requirements or if you are interested in purchasing any of my designs.
